Philadelphia, PA( July 23, 2017): A bicyclist was injured after being hit by a vehicle Saturday night in Philadelphia, a local news source reported.

The crash happened Saturday night, July 22 at the intersection of 42nd and Parrish Streets.

The crash involved an unknown vehicle and a bicycle. Police reported that after hitting the bicyclist, the vehicle slammed into a nearby home.

The victim was rushed to a local area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
