Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (July 29, 2017) – A man was killed on Tuesday afternoon after he crashed into the back of a truck along Interstate 81 in Cumberland County, as per state police.

The crash occurred at around 2: 40 p.m. along the northbound lanes of the Interstate near Exit 52, the exit for Middlesex and Route 11 in Middlesex Township.

The motorcyclist, 60, operating a 2005 Harley Davidson has not yet been identified pending family notification.

According to police, the motorcycle changed lanes and crashed into the rear of the vehicle.

The victim was attended to at the crash site and taken to the Hershey Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injury.

An investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
