Tractor-Trailer Driver Killed in Two-Rig Crash in Western Pennsylvania

Strattanville, Pennsylvania (July 31, 2017) – A tractor-trailer driver died on Sunday after his tractor rear-ended another rig busting into flames in western Pennsylvania.

The accident took place at about 4 p.m. July 30, between Exits 64 and 70 in the eastbound lanes near Strattanville.

According to Clarion County Coroner, the driver and his truck were burned beyond recognition in the incident.

An autopsy was set on the body of the deceased.

No other injuries were reported.

An investigation to determine the cause of the crash is being headed by the state police.
