Joshua Goldinger Killed in Bicycle-Car Accident in Bucks County

Bucks County, Pennsylvania (August 12, 2017) – A 14-year-old boy was killed on Tuesday afternoon shortly after being hit by a car in Lower Makefield.

The fatal accident took place at 3 p.m. Friday, August 11 at North Homestead Drive and Makefield Road in the east on North Homestead Drive.

According to police, Goldinger of Lower Makefield was riding his bicycle east on North Homestead Drive when he collided with a car heading southbound on Makefield Road driven by an 18-year-old woman of Lower Makefield.

Police and rescue personnel arrived at the crash site and located Goldinger having sustained several injuries in the crash.

The boy was treated by the rescue team at the crash site.

Authorities are still investigating the matter to determine the cause and liability.
