Pittsburgh Boy Killed in Dump Truck Crash
Pittsburgh, PA (July 28, 2017) – Police released a report about an 8-year-old boy who was killed in an accident involving a dump truck in Pittsburgh.
According to the report, Jayden Montegomery was riding his bicycle with a friend in the city’s Troy Hill neighborhood at around 2 p.m. Thursday, July 27 when he was struck by the vehicle.
The boy sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead. The child’s friend was not hurt.
The truck driver remained at the scene.
Few details are available about the accident, but officials continue investigating the crash.
