East Penn Township, Pennsylvania (August 23, 2017) – At least one person was injured following a traffic crash on Pennsylvania Turnpike on Sunday.
The crash occurred at around 3:30 p.m. August 20, on the southbound lanes of the road in Carbon County.
According to the police, the crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle happened just at the entrance to the Lehigh Tunnel.
One unidentified person was injured and was taken to the hospital.
A police investigation is underway to determine the cause of the crash.
